Ubicación de la Ciudad de Guayaquil

    Guayaquil, la Perla del Pacífico, es la capital de la Provincia del Guayas, se localiza en la parte       noroeste de Sudamérica. Se encuentra a una altura de 6 metros sobre el nivel del mar; es importante recordas que se encuentra en la parte central de la región litoral ecuatoriana, más conocida como la costa; entre el río Guayas y el estuario del Salado. Por su cercanía al mar y su condición de puerto, esta urbe es la más poblada y la de mayor actividad económica del país.
